Shipping & Delivery Policy

At FRONTIER HORSE , we are committed to delivering your trailer safely and efficiently. We offer flexible shipping options across the country to ensure your equipment arrives ready for work.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Transport: We utilize professional, insured heavy-haul carriers. Shipping rates are calculated based on mileage from our distribution center to your location.

  • Customer Pickup: You are welcome to schedule a free pickup at our primary facility. Please provide 48 hours’ notice to ensure your trailer is prepped and inspected.

Timelines & Tracking

In-stock trailers typically ship within 3–5 business days. For custom builds, lead times vary; our team will provide a specific delivery window upon order confirmation. Once your trailer is dispatched, you will receive tracking details and the carrier’s contact information.

Receipt of Goods

Upon delivery, a thorough inspection is required. Please document any transit damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing. All trailers are fully insured during transit for your peace of mind.

Return & Refund Policy

 

At FRONTIER HORSE, we stand behind the quality of our trailers. Because trailers are major equipment purchases involving titles and registration, our return process is specialized.

14-Day Return Period

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 14 calendar days of delivery or pickup. To be eligible for a return:

  • The trailer must be in original, unused condition with no modifications.

  • All original documentation (Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin, Bill of Sale, and manuals) must be returned.

  • The odometer must show only “delivery mileage” (typically under 100 miles).

Fees & Shipping

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover inspection and administrative processing.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost and coordination of shipping the trailer back to our facility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built trailers or trailers with permanent aftermarket modifications.

  • Trailers that have been registered or titled with the DMV.

Refund Process

Once our technicians inspect the trailer for damage or wear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
