Return & Refund Policy
At FRONTIER HORSE, we stand behind the quality of our trailers. Because trailers are major equipment purchases involving titles and registration, our return process is specialized.
14-Day Return Period
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 14 calendar days of delivery or pickup. To be eligible for a return:
The trailer must be in original, unused condition with no modifications.
All original documentation (Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin, Bill of Sale, and manuals) must be returned.
The odometer must show only “delivery mileage” (typically under 100 miles).
Fees & Shipping
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover inspection and administrative processing.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost and coordination of shipping the trailer back to our facility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-built trailers or trailers with permanent aftermarket modifications.
Trailers that have been registered or titled with the DMV.
Refund Process
Once our technicians inspect the trailer for damage or wear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
